Bernard Leach

A Bernard Leach hand-written poem The Great Oak, sent to Pamela Chandler, high-society photographer and friend of Leach’s, on the occasion of her birthday in 1972.

The Great Oak, was written by Leach in 1971 and was published in Leach’s book, Drawings, Verse and Belief, first printed in 1973 by Jupiter Books and then in a 1977 edition with revised text and additional poems.
