Now out of print, we have secured the last few copies and are making them available now. I have just got back from the studio where we spent an afternoon together signing the last boxes. Because of the whopping weight (4kg) and the customised shipping box for each box set it is only possible to order one set at a time as the shipping cannot be consolidated by ordering more than one copy.
