Daniel Johnston

Title:  Eh, Yeah!

Medium:  Biro on paper, initialled D.J. bottom left. This is an early drawing which is dated verso Nov/81.

Condition: There are some corner creases, some remains of what looks like tea, and a tiny 1mm tear at the bottom edge. The paper seems darkened but is a rare early example of Johnston’s work. One can also see lines of previous drawings impressed into the paper before he turned the leaves to draw this drawing.
