I would hazard a guess that judging by the outfits the people are wearing in this picture that this was painted in the 1960’s. Plus you don’t see feral pigeons so much in the streets as you did in the 60’s. Feel free to tell me if you think I’m wrong! Pullée’s work does not appear on the market too often and this is a rare opportunity to acquire one of her entrancing paintings.
